A.H. Campbell and Son, Inc. was established in 1985 by Hugh Campbell. Inspired by his father’s teaching and hard work ethics, subsequently, the company was named after him.

We provide detail oriented General Contracting services for all commercial and residential building. We are located in the South Shore and serve all of the Eastern Massachusetts area and parts of New England.

We are a licensed and insured family owned and operated General Contracting Co. that has been helping families and business with their construction projects for over 30 years.

HUGH CAMPBELL

President & Founder

Hugh has over 30 years of experience in the construction and development field. His passion
for the construction business can be traced back to the age of five when he first held a hammer.

Although Hugh’s building experiences and accomplishments are widespread, he remains a
down-to-earth businessman who gives his clients the individual attention they deserve.
He works with clients on a personal level to get the job done professionally, efficiently,
and mindfully.

ALEX CAMPBELL

Carpenter

Alex adopted his father’s philosophy that a good, reputable general contractor has to be well
versed in all aspects of the business.

Alex started with A.H. Campbell and Son, Inc. fresh out of High School. Although he has work with
the tools since a very young age, the past few years he has blossomed into a craftsman in his
own right. His problem solving skills and his attention to detail is that of a seasoned veteran.

BRIAN WINROW

Master Carpenter

Brian has been a part of A H Campbell and Son, Inc. since 1994. He is by far the most popular
carpenter on the South Shore. His attention to detail on all his work is what separates his
skill set from so many others.

He has been quoted in the past for saying: “No one will ever remember how long a job
took you, but they will always remember how good a job you did”.
His workmanship reflects that quote.

DOMENIC VARRASSO

Apprentice Carpenter

Studying at the South Shore Vocational Technical School, Domenic began his apprenticeship with A.H. Campbell and Son, Inc. in 2014. With a love for the building industry and a keen interest in developing his skills, Domenic has been an asset to the team, helping us move forward and grow our business.
